Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A document, ideally from an independent laboratory, that reports analytical results for a specific batch of a material — typically including identity, purity, and the methods used.

The lab paperwork that says what a batch actually contains and how it was tested. A COA is only as trustworthy as the lab behind it and the batch it refers to.
